One of the key areas of added value PCR brings to its clients is the breadth and depth of our candidate database and network of industry contacts. From senior executive and highly technical roles at one end of the spectrum, to everyday operational roles at the other, PCR have a range of candidates screened and ready for every opportunity; just one of the prizes which comes from working proactively to build a unique and comprehensive candidate knowledge base.

Typically a senior consultant or account manager will work the higher end positions, while skilled resourcers work from the operational end upwards. The Broadcast and Media sector, in particular, has seen significant increases in demand over the last two years and across its’ client base and in a wide variety of skill areas. With the drive to complete on key projects prior to the digital switchover in 2012, it's certainly an exciting and challenging time to be working with clients in this sector!

As PCR recruits for both permanent and contract staff, the company is also well placed to monitor more general IT industry trends, such as the increase in demand for New Media specialists and in particular front-end web developers, which led to the establishment of the PCR Talentpool in the last quarter of 2006.
