Candidate and Client Referral Schemes - sign-up form

Because of our reputation for delivering excellent service to both our candidates and clients, PCR is in the fortunate position of gaining a lot of candidates and business through recommendation.

To show that we appreciate your thoughtfulness we have a referral scheme which rewards you for taking the trouble to recommend our services and allows you to considerably increase your income during a year.

PERMANENT CANDIDATES: If you recommend a friend or colleague to PCR who is not already registered with us and we go on to place them in a new permanent role, you will receive £200 when they start in their new position.

CONTRACT CANDIDATES: If your referral is a contractor then we will pay £200 on completion of 60 days worked on contract through PCR.

CONTRACTOR TRANSFERS: If you refer a contractor to us who is already working in a contract but wants to change either his agency or work status (perhaps from PAYE to limited company) then we will again pay £200 on completion of 60 days worked through PCR.

HIRING MANAGER REFERRALS: If you refer a hiring manager to us, who is actively recruiting and who is willing to use our services we will pay you:

£200 for every permanent placement made with that manager for a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of the first placement starting employment.

£200 for every contractor placed on completion of 60 days worked through PCR for a period of 12 MONTHS from the date of the first contractor starting work.
