Working together towards the same aim is always smarter, and with Priority Search we work together, within an agreed time-frame, to deliver a full screening, short-listing and face to face interviewing service, so that the best possible candidates are delivered within the shortest time period.
How does it work?
PCR work with you as sole supplier on the nominated vacancy for an agreed time period, which is usually no more than 10 working days. The process kicks off by taking a detailed job and person specification, which enables a broad and structured marketing campaign to begin.
We set a pre-defined, published, closing date for all applications, which gives candidates a sensible period to prepare a considered, professional application, and allows PCR to undertake a measured assessment of all the markets cv’s from advertising, as well as from searches on all the major public and our own unique private databases, to create a screening shortlist.
PCR telephone screen all these candidates, to really understand their needs, skills and achievements, enabling us to create a very specific secondary shortlist.
Face to face interviews are then held with everyone on this shortlist, to search out and hand pick the very best 2- 3 candidates that we recommend you meet. All these candidates will understand your role, your team, your expectations and your challenges. All of them will be highly motivated to interview for the position, at the package on offer.
How much does it cost?
There is no additional fee for working with you in this way you get the finest service at our regular fee rate.
What guarantees do I have?
We guarantee that all of this work is completed within the agreed initial timeframe, and that any critical issues arising during this period (eg unavailability of suitable candidates, mismatch of salary levels to experience required) are communicated directly to you the client immediately they are identified to avoid any mismatch in expectations or delays in the process.
