PCR has a wealth of experience in managing contract assignments having specialised in this area since 1992. Each individual contractor has the option to work under PAYE or limited company status either directly or through an umbrella or composite company.
PCR operates a dedicated internal payroll department running a daily payroll service, which we believe is unique in the industry, so you get paid at your convenience not ours. With a full-time Contracts Manager as well as our own finance staff, there is always someone on hand to help and advise.
Contract assignments can be as short as a week or run 12 months or more, and many of PCR's best clients use contractors extensively in longer term project roles, returning to us to request the services of contractors they know and respect.
Of all of the areas of recruitment, contracting is the one most bound up in legal requirements, so you need to know that your contract agency understands and is able to deal with the any contract and employment issues which arise. This is extremely important when ensuring compliance with IR35 and the changing legal landscape imposed by government, so PCR partner with companies who can offer specialist legal advice on such matters as setting up your own limited company, using an umbrella company or offering IR35 Tax-Safe insurance.
