Whilst in many ways the internet has made it easier for us to advertise jobs and seek out candidates it has also given us the problem of dealing with vast numbers of daily applications and speculative CVs from across the world. As much as we would like to be able to respond to everyone personally this is just not possible.
However, we do aim to respond to every CV and email within 24 hours so that you know that we have received your details or correspondence. Although a more impersonal form of communication than the telephone, email does suit us better as it allows us to manage our time more efficiently and effectively.
Managing our time at the front end of the CV selection process means that when we have identified you as a potential candidate for a role, we will be able to give you a lot of help and support from that point on and throughout the interview process.
