I've read your advertisement for Technical Support Analyst. This is exactly the type of role I'm looking for.
I've recently completed a 12 month assignment for ITV. I was their In-house support expert on SharePoint and Crystal Reports.
I'm immediately available and live in West London. My last salary was £27k basic plus good benefits. I'm hoping to secure £30k plus benefits in my next role.
To try and be helpful I've highlighted my specific experience below:
SharePoint (essential) - 2 years in-depth support and development experience acquired at ITV and BBC with 4 days formal training
Crystal Reports (essential) - 18 months in depth experience creating over 50 complex reports using the latest versions of Crystal
Citrix Metaframe (essential) - 6 months providing 2nd line support to over 300 users
SQL (essential) - 6 months 2nd line support, plus a 2 day Developers course in May 2008
Scheduall (desirable) - I reviewed the Scheduall application in 2007. We selected another facilities management software application. It would only take me a few evenings to get back up to speed
