Our showcase service is a much more proactive and personalised recruitment service, profiling the top broadcast and digital media sector talent in the country, focusing on key in-demand skill areas, such as web development, broadcast engineering, business analysis and project management, and infrastructure (network and systems) development and operations.
PCR maintain one of the UKs finest digital media and broadcast skills databases, by following a more rigorous screening, referencing, and where appropriate, technical testing, process than any other recruitment agency. Regular mailers ( and a customised extranet facility now available to key clients) alerts registered client hiring managers to the current and pending availability of the best talent on the market.
This service enables our clients to rapidly identify and request immediate interviews with the highest quality candidates with “cutting edge” skills in the areas essential to their business.
For candidates, the service has three main component parts:
- We work with them to create a unique marketing profile to make them stand out from the crowd
- We provide a proactive, personalised and complimentary marketing service on their behalf, to ensure that as one contract comes to an end they are aware of and being actively put forward for the next opportunity
- When placed, we provide Showcase members with a 5 star contract management service, including free legal advice, enhanced terms for repeat placements, contract extensions, and client and other candidate referral schemes.
For clients, once registered for showcase updates, they receive a regular email update profiling the best relevant candidates available for their business area, and also the option to register for our extranet service, providing online viewing of full candidate profiles, and the ability to request interviews or further information on-line at the clients convenience.
