Mark Abbott
Mark moved from technical sales into recruitment in the mid 1980s, and managed staffing programs for major ICT expansion projects in leading edge companies such as Nokia and Pipex. Two decades later, Mark is again spear-heading business development activities as PCR's Sales Director, and remains committed to ensuring that PCR has the people, ethics, systems and processes in place to make us the provider of choice for the broadcast and technology sectors.

Judith Blair
With over 20 years of experience in managing companies large and small in the technology and communications sector, Judith joined the PCR management team in late 2005 as Operations and Marketing Director, and became Managing Director in April 2006. Since joining PCR Judith has overseen a complete re-branding exercise for the company, the establishment of PCR as a market leader in recruitment in the broadcast and media sector, a move to new, purpose built office premises for the team in Cambridge, and is currently leading projects establishing a new Head Office in London, and migration to a new sales and recruitment system for the business.

David King
David is one of our most experienced account managers as well as our internal systems guru. David prides himself on establishing and growing excellent personal relationships with both his clients and candidates, and in providing the very highest level of service to both. David is also an excellent coach and trainer for any new recruits to PCR and is continually working on improving our use of IT and processes across the business.

Jane Abbott
Jane originally joined PCR in a back-office function, moving into the recruitment team in 2000. Since this move, Jane has had a variety of roles that have spanned the business from consultant roles through to team management and service delivery.  She now specialises in the web development arena. providing services to clients in the broadcast and digital media sectors.  As one of our most senior consultants, she can offer her team mates a wealth of recruitment knowledge and expertise – in return they are making sure she at least looks the part in her new role by getting her to use Facebook, Skype and MSN at work!

Tim Claydon
After a successful 9 year retail management sales career for retailers including WH Smith and Dixons, Tim switched to recruitment in 1999 when he joined a large nationwide finance recruitment business. Since then he has recruited both qualified and non qualified finance and accounts staff throughout the Cambridgeshire region, dealing with permanent, contract and temporary positions. Having a keen interest in IT and broadcasting, after 7 years Tim decided to move away from finance and joined PCR in July 2007 where he is now specialises in broadcast engineering and infrastructure.

Rob Baker

Rob joined PCR’s newly opened London office in July 2009 and comes with 11 years IT recruitment experience with a solid background in Retail and Automotive Sales & Management. Over the last seven years Roberts focus has been sharply within the Broadcast & Media environment encompassing Broadcast Engineers, Analysts, Developers, Testers and Project & Programme Managers within the Vendor and End Client environments. His early interest in technology started when he taught himself to programme in Assembler and Machine Code on the Commodore VIC 20 and wrote many games whilst still at school!  Current interests include Technology, Scuba, Motorsport, Photography and Climbing / Hiking.

Maria Spitaliotis

After studying entertainment production, Maria stepped into New Media recruitment and for the last 3 years has focused on the Online Creative sector for Entertainment, Lifestyle and Ecommerce market. She flourishes when networking the space and has a sound following of online content producers, designers and ecommerce professionals she works with. Maria has a passion for all glossy brands, be that in publishing, entertainment or retail and through this has built an intelligent understanding and ability to source appropriate commercial professionals for clients. Personal interests are VOD and IPTV developments, entertainment, retail and holistic therapy.

Paul Smith

Paul is PCRs consultant on all things marketing, from Brand awareness and design to the use of Social Media tools in the business. Paul is a creative professional of some 20 years. A graphic designer by training, Paul enjoyed an award-winning career before taking a different path; joining the first commercial Internet provider PIPEX and spearheading their marketing department in their evangelical campaign to make everyone aware of the Internet. As this was an age before digital agencies, Paul and his team around the world created and built the very first web studio in the UK.

David Owen

David is our board chairman, and with many years experience as a business consultant to businesses large and small, he brings a wide range of experience and wise advice to the board..His goal in working with any company is always to raise standards, improve efficiency and increase profits - in fact when asked what his specialism is David says " I help businesses grow up!"

Maxine Abbott-Wolf
After 20 years in recruitment Maxine has now moved into a consultancy role with PCR Recruitment and continues to be a Director of the company.

Steve Bishop
Steve is PCR's Financial Controller and Management Accountant. Our contractor base is crucial to our business and Steve is responsible for making sure they receive a friendly but highly professional service that gives them peace of mind.

Serah Gautrey
With 20 years of experience of PA/Senior Administrator roles Serah brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and good humour to the role of Office Manager where she is responsible for making sure our office runs smoothly and contractors receive a great service ensuring excellent support for the Management Team which also means the office never runs out of coffee!!
Serah has had a previous spell with PCR many years ago - we just couldn't keep her away!
