Our management and consultants are all mature, experienced, business professionals, many with technical qualifications as well as specific industry recruitment experience.

Mark Abbott
Mark moved from technical sales into recruitment in the mid 1980s, and managed staffing programs for major ICT expansion projects in leading edge companies such as Nokia and Pipex. Two decades later, Mark is again spear-heading business development activities as PCR's Sales Director, and remains committed to ensuring that PCR has the people, ethics, systems and processes in place to make us the provider of choice for the broadcast and technology sectors.

Judith Blair
With over 20 years of experience in managing companies large and small in the technology and communications sector, Judith joined the PCR management team in late 2005 as Operations and Marketing Director, and became Managing Director in April 2006. With a focus on growing the business significantly, whilst maintaining the level of excellence and personalised customer experience which customers expect from PCR, Judith is well placed to help the company succeed, having learnt many lessons from the explosive growth experienced in the ISP sector during the boom years of the 1990's. Since joining PCR Judith has overseen a complete re-branding exercise for the company, and a move to new, purpose built office premises on the outskirts of Cambridge.

David King
David is one of our most experienced account managers as well as our internal systems guru. David prides himself on establishing and growing excellent personal relationships with both his clients and candidates, and in providing the very highest level of service to both. David is also an excellent coach and trainer for any new recruits to PCR and is continually working on improving our use of IT and processes across the business.

Jane Abbott
Jane originally joined PCR in a back-office function, moving into the recruitment team in 2000. Since this move, Jane has had a variety of roles that have spanned the business from consultant roles through to team management and service delivery.  She has recently joined the newly established Web team as a Consultant providing services to clients in the broadcast and new media arenas.  As the most senior member of team she can offer her bright, new team mates a wealth of recruitment knowledge and expertise – in return they are making sure she at least looks the part in her new role by getting her to use Facebook, Skype and MSN at work!

Meri Petrovska
Meri's degree in Electrical Engineering, enhanced by hands-on experience in application development, make her a great asset to the PCR team. With a combination of excellent technical, analytical and organisation skills, Meri quickly gains respect from both candidates and clients, and has a track record in recruitment second to none. Meri is also one of our multi-lingual team members fluent in Macedonian, Serbo-Croatian and Italian.

Toril Bugge
With a first in Telematic Engineering, a Diploma in International Technology Management, and fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and Danish with basic German, Toril is a tremendous asset to PCR. Above all Toril believes in excellence in customer service as all of her customers, whether clients or candidates, will testify.

Robert Cattermole
Rob's original career choice in Sound and Video Technology is proving to be a great background asset to our Broadcast and Media team. After working with some of the most prestigious artists, engineers and producers in the UK and US music industry, Rob decided to try his hand at recruitment in the sector, and both PCR and our clients are delighted with the results of his switch in direction.

Catherine Bensky
Catherine joined the PCR team in April 2007. With 2 years experience in recruitment, she grew her client base by over 35% and beat best ever records in her area. With a degree in Three Dimensional Design, Catherine’s skills are both creative and technical and she has a broad understanding of the IT industry. Catherine is currently focusing on the PCR Talentpool for Broadcast and is dedicating her knowledge and experience into a part of the industry which combines both her skills and interests.

Tim Claydon
After a successful 9 year retail management sales career for retailers including WH Smith and Dixons, Tim switched to recruitment in 1999 when he joined a large nationwide finance recruitment business. Since then he has recruited both qualified and non qualified finance and accounts staff throughout the Cambridgeshire region, dealing with permanent, contract and temporary positions. Having a keen interest in IT and broadcasting, after 7 years Tim decided to move away from finance and joined PCR in July 2007 where he has now teamed up with Paul Allen on the Infrastructure team.

Charlie Cardy
Charlie is the youngest member of the team and joined in October 2007 as the Web Developer Talentpool recruiter. She came straight from University with a degree in History and a cheeky smile, which luckily for her was enough to start a junior role at PCR in her first recruitment position. Charlie is keen to expand her knowledge within the industry and thrives on a busy and high pressured environment.

Maxine Abbott-Wolf
After 20 years in recruitment Maxine has now moved into a consultancy role with PCR Recruitment and continues to be a Director of the company.

Steve Bishop
Steve is PCR's Financial Controller and Management Accountant. Our contractor base is crucial to our business and Steve is responsible for making sure they receive a friendly but highly professional service that gives them peace of mind

Xris (Christine) Woodhouse
Xris is responsible for making sure our contractors receive a service second to none. This starts from the moment they accept a contract, when Xris explains our service, issues the paperwork and sets up a series of contact calls to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Xris will also liaise with umbrella companies and accountants to make sure our contractors are paid on time as well as remembering their birthdays and organising social events.

Sam Rolph
Sam graduated from university in 2005 and is a fresh, bright professional who goes out of his way to provide a 5 star service. He prides himself on being honest and trustworthy. His interests outside of work include playing football for two teams, going to the gym and fitness classes and hanging out with his friends and family.
