Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international TV Broadcast solutions company. Based in London, you will spend much of your time on client sites in the UK, Europe or US so travel is an important element of this exciting role. To be considered, you should have a demonstrable background as a Senior, Client-Facing Business Analyst within large, complex systems ideally within the Broadcast Applications and / or enterprise-wide or Product-Based Software House or Systems Integrators. You will be working with clients to understand their current systems and business & technical requirements and identify new functionality required. Making full use of your own and in-house methodologies & tools (Visio, UML, Rational, Prince, ITIL, Use Cases etc.). You will then be working directly with the development team to provide specific enhancements to the core functionality etc. and supporting the successful implementation. Projects could include major full life-cycle design & implementations, Greenfield projects, customisations, and regular releases and upgrades. Essential requirements: First class written and verbal communication skills Proven background as a Business Analyst on large (6-24 month) implementations Structured approach and methodology - Rational, VISIO, UML, Use Cases etc. Broadcast / TV (Scheduling, Traffic, Channel Management, Airtime Sales etc.) is highly desirable. You will gain solid senior client relationship skills and will be leading some elements of these significant and high profile projects, detailed and technical understanding of these real-time mission critical systems and be further developing your structured Business Analysis skills. |
